We’re excited to welcome you back for another fantastic day of community connection, cleanouts, and great finds.
Live in Symphony, Braemar, or Peacock Hill?
If you're a resident of one of these neighborhoods, you’re invited to participate by hosting a garage sale at your home. There’s no cost to join, and all registered participants will receive free Krispy Kreme donuts on event day—just our way of saying thanks for being part of it.

Mark your calendar for Saturday, October 18 from 8 AM to 2 PM and come explore the best neighborhood garage sale in town. With dozens of homes participating, you’ll find everything from furniture and home décor to tools, toys, books, clothing, and more.
Stop by our welcome table to grab a map of participating homes and enjoy complimentary coffee and donuts while supplies last. Don’t forget to check out the pet costume contest—prizes and treats for our favorite four-legged friends.
